心灵寄语
创造自己的生活的人首先是自己生活的主人。他应该有理想、有追求、有抱负，而关键的是他能主动去追求自己理想的生活。
Sometimes things happen to you that may seem horrible， painful， and unfair at first， but upon reflection you find that without overcoming those obstacles you would never have realized your potential， strength， willpower or heart.
Illness， injury， lost moments of true greatness， and sheer stupidity1 all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests， whatever they may be， life would be like a smoothly paved road to nowhere. It would be safe and comfortable， but dull and utterly pointless.
If someone hurts you， betrays you， or breaks your heart， forgive them， for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious2 to whom you open your heart.
Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from those moments everything that you possibly can for you may never be able to experience it again.
Talk to people that you have never talked to before， and listen to what they have to say. You can make anything you wish of your life.
Create your own life and then go out and live it with absolutely3 no regrets.

有时候，一些乍看很可怕、很痛苦、甚至很不公平的事情会发生在你的身上，但是经过认真思考后，你会发现，如果没有克服过这些困难的经历，你可能永远不会发现自己的潜能、优势、意志力和决心。
生活中会有各种各样的事情来考验你灵魂的极限，例如疾病、伤痛、错失天赐良机、说蠢话，等等。如果没有这些小小的考验，生活只是一条不知通向何方的平坦大道。这样的旅途也许既安全又舒适，但是它却是一次无聊枯燥、毫无意义的旅行。
如果有人伤害了你，背叛了你或是让你伤心欲绝，请原谅他们，因为没有他们，你也绝不会懂得什么是信任，也绝不会学到谨慎选择交心的朋友的重要性。
让每一天都有价值。珍惜每时每刻，并且把握住每一刻所能学到的东西，因为你可能再也不会有同样的经历了。
主动跟那些你从来没有说过话的人交谈，倾听他们的话语。接受心灵的意志，做自己想做的事。

潜力
人类的大脑内部有上千亿个神经细胞，这已是科学上不争的事实，然而，人脑的力量虽令人敬畏，却也难以捉摸。唯有先懂得如何去开发脑中的无限潜能，才能真正运用这份力量。我们必须先接受一个观念，那就是真心的相信自己与生俱来的潜力还没完全展现出来。
现代脑生理学的研究证实，人的大脑具有巨大的学习潜能。大脑储存知识的能力使我们目瞪口呆，一般人只使用了其思维能力的很小一部分。如果我们能迫使自己的大脑达到一半的工作能力，我们就可以轻而易举地学会数十所大学的课程。近年来我国开展的旨在开发大脑潜能的教改实验，也取得了显著成果，如北京幸福村小学的马芯兰老师用3年时间完成小学5年的教学内容，学生成绩普遍优秀，且负担不重；北京二十二中孙维刚老师，只用一个学期就使其所教的学生学完了初中数学六册书的全部内容。
